Oh oo, we are sorry about your experience. Please take note this is natural deodorant without any alcohol. The commercial deodorants have alcohol in it hence it feels cool upon applying. We have tips to apply this deodorant – pls detox armpit using kaolin clay as most people have been using chemical based deo for a long time. Shake the deo bottle well before using. We are using propylene glycol made of vegetable oils hence it feels warm, if there is alcohol, it will feel cool. Keep using it as it helps in long run and it allows your body to perspire naturally. This works on me. It was warm on my armpits i asked their beauty consultant and they mentioned that its vegetablr based propylene hence it will be warm and asked to keep using it. It works for me and its alcohol and paraben free so i am liking it. I will buy again.
